Cable LocationEA Networks can provide you with cable location and mark-out services. These services are available for both network infrastructure (in the public space) as well as private (on-property) assets. It takes time to plan and arrange these services, so plan your work carefully and contact EA Networks in advance. We require three working days notice. EA Networks expects all parties working underground to comply with the Department of Labour's Guide for Safety with Underground Services (link). In particular, hand-digging near the cable area to expose and positively identify any underground cables. This includes electrical cables, fibre optic ducting and cable and any other underground services. EA Networks reserves the right to request and pursue compensation for damage to any of our underground services.
