At Orange, access to our office is restricted. 

EA Networks would like to reassure the Mid Canterbury community that we will continue to provide our region with essential electricity services throughout the various traffic light settings. 

Keeping the lights on and the web connected for our customers remains our top priority and is of utmost importance during these ever-changing times. 

Key things you need to know

  • All staff and visitors (including contractors and suppliers) must provide evidence of a negative RATs test on the day of their visit to the EA Networks office.
  • Visitors must wear a mask while on site. 
  • Planned outages continue to proceed as per business as usual. You can view planned outages on the Current Outages page on this site.
