Decommission an ICP

Requesting a decommission means you are asking to have your power supply permanently removed from your property. This may be to enable the removal of a building or shed (as examples). 

We require all decommission requests to come via your electricity retailer. Give your electricity retailer a call and advise them what you need - your address, ICP (Installation Control Point) number and they will liaise with your metering provider and us to have your ICP decommissioned.
