We've nearly completed 200 home energy assessments with the help of our volunteers from Community Energy Action.
Together with significant funding support from MBIE, we've invested over $100k to help families across our community be more energy efficient by providing LED light bulbs and other products that help reduce energy consumption.
Partnering with More FM, we ran a competition with the winner (who must be an EA Networks customer) receiving $500 towards their power bill. It was great to be able to represent all of us and give an old-school cheque to this family in Ashburton.
These campaigns are well received by our customers and are delivering real benefits reducing energy consumption. Watch this space as we look to continue with our approach providing advice and support where it is most needed.
